We aim to dispatch your purchase (subject to availability) within 6-8 working days after receiving your order confirmation. Dispatch times will vary based on our order volume. Orders under 2kg total weight will be sent via Royal Mail, orders over 2kg total weight will be sent via UPS. All international orders are tracked, tracking information will be provided upon dispatch. International orders are subject to additional charges for heavier weights. Shipping heavy books is expensive. We reserve the right to issue additional charges on any orders, particularly bulk orders.

SCOPE & APPLICATION: These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) shall apply to the use of the website of ultraneat.org (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and all purchases of products, including without limitation, books, playing cards, tote bags, prints and clothing (hereinafter referred to as the Products) which are sold through this Website from Ultra Neat Ltd (hereinafter referred to as us, we, our, or Ultra Neat) to you (hereinafter referred to as the Customer). All Customers under the age of 18 must obtain prior permission to buy Products from the Website from a parent or legal guardian. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, you should leave the site. Word.
OFFER, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & ACCEPTANCE: Any prices, quotations and descriptions made or referred to on this Website are subject to availability, do not constitute an offer and may be withdrawn or revised at any time prior to our express acceptance of your order (as described below). While we make every effort to ensure that Products appearing on the Website are available, we cannot guarantee that Products at all times are in stock or immediately available when you submit your order. DELIVERY, SHIPPING & RISK: At this time Ultra Neat Ltd will be shipping to all countries except: Azerbaijan, Bonaire, Chile, Colombia, Sint Eustatius, Saba and Kazakhstan. (The countries we ship to will hereinafter referred to as the Territory). Delivery times vary from country to country. During new product releases, shipping times may be delayed (without liability). Shipping and delivery times are estimates only. While we endeavour to meet such timescales or dates, we do not undertake to dispatch products of a particular date or dates and shall not be liable to you in respect of delays or failure to do so. Delivery shall be to a valid address within the Territory and subject to our Acceptance (hereinafter referred to as the Delivery Address). You must check the Delivery Address on any acknowledgement or acceptance we provide and notify us without delay of errors or omissions. We reserve the right to charge you for any extra costs arising from changes you make to the Delivery Address after you submit an order. All orders are shipped with Royal Mail or UPS. Shipping prices vary. The risk of loss of or damage to the Products shall pass to you on delivery or when placed in your possession or that of any carrier or transport provided by you, whichever shall occur first (hereinafter referred to as Delivery).
LIABILITY: Ultra Neat Ltd cannot in any event be held liable in damages for any use of this Website, including for loss of income, business interruptions, loss of data, operational failures or similar losses. Any claims for damages against us, including, without limitation, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, consequential and any claim raised under the rules on product liability, shall never exceed the amount invoiced by us to you for the Product in question, irrespective of the nature of the claim, whether in contract, tort, warranty or otherwise. If links are established to a third-party website, the Owner is not liable for the contents of the linked third-party site.
COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARKS: All Products and all content and infrastructure of the website including graphics, logos, text, images, etc. are property of Ultra Neat Ltd and are copyright protected. Images on this Website are incorporated for viewing purposes only and may not be saved or downloaded in any format. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or public display of such Products, trademarks or any intellectual property of Ultra Neat Ltd may result in civil and criminal sanctions.
RETURNS POLICY: Ultra Neat Ltd accepts returned Products in perfect unopened and unused condition. For the avoidance of doubt, books, products and playing cards may not be returned if the seal is broken. Products must be shipped back no later than 15 days from Delivery. Returned items must be shipped using a carrier providing tracking information. Proof of delivery to Ultra Neat Ltd must be provided before any refunds will be issued. Ultra Neat Ltd will not cover any costs related to returning Products purchased at the Website. Refunds are issued no later than 7 business days after items are returned to Ultra Neat Ltd.

GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with purchase of Products on the Website, shall be settled in accordance with the substantive laws of the United Kingdom, except for the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), and any conflict of laws/rules leading to the application of laws other than the substantive laws of the United Kingdom shall likewise apply. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with purchase of Products on the Website, shall be settled by the United Kingdom’s ordinary courts of law, and London shall be the proper venue for any action resulting therefrom.
ERRORS & INVALIDITY: Ultra Neat Ltd makes reservations for typographical errors, changes in value added tax and duty rates, and late or defective delivery due to force majeure events. Should any part of the Terms be deemed unlawful and invalid and thus not enforceable, this will not affect the validity and enforcement of the remainder of the Terms.
